The sphere can fire 3 shards of silver per round at targets designated by the caster (the caster must be able to see a target when designating it), each dealing 1d6+1 damage. The shards can be fired at a single or at multiple targets as long as they are within medium range (100 ft. + 10 ft./level) of the sphere. The sphere can move at 30 ft./round, but cannot move beyond the spell's range. Moving the sphere or assigning new targets requires a move-equivalent action.
